Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to confirm your location is available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 7–14 days after your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

Email us at business@aanvora.com with your order number, full name and the email used at checkout, and we’ll send you your tracking number.

Then enter it on our Track Your Order page to see live updates. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

[International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.]

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us right away with your order number. We can update it only if your order has not yet shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, first check your tracking status. If it shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your building’s reception. If you still need help, email business@aanvora.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.
