Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Eligibility

How to Request a Return

1. Email business@aanvora.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the name and email used at checkout, and the reason for your return.
3. We’ll reply with the next steps for sending your item back.

Please don’t send anything back before we confirm your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.
